Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies with focus on Controlling
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Highly skilled in creating management-ready presentations
- Highly proficient in financial modeling
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with management reporting IT tools
- SAP user knowledge in CO, FI modules
- Business fluent in English and minimum C1 German skills
- Process-oriented, analytical, and self-reliant
- Project-management knowledge in the financial area
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel for business purposes
Tasks
- Contribute to the forecast process with stakeholders
- Prepare the Group forecast (P&L, BS, CF) based on central value drivers
- Manage HR/Personnel cost controlling
- Oversee sub-processes in the annual budget and mid-term planning
- Support strategic decision-making and collaborate with various departments
- Present findings to top management
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct planning and commentary for management reporting
- Provide strategic and operational planning
- Derive and track measures from business plans
- Develop management models and controlling processes
- Participate in ad-hoc analyses and evaluations
- Prepare presentations for decision-makers
