Tasks
- Develop and implement EHS programs
- Align programs with local regulations and Veralto standards
- Build a proactive safety culture with leadership
- Coordinate external EHS service providers
- Ensure field-service compliance across multiple countries
- Conduct safety walks and assist with audits
- Support production processes on-site in Schörfling
- Analyze incidents and near misses
- Define corrective actions and perform risk assessments
- Plan and deliver safety trainings and briefings
- Conduct emergency drills and toolbox talks
- Monitor KPIs and trends using Cority software
- Drive continuous EHS improvements
- Collaborate with authorities and emergency organizations
- Align with global HSE teams on standards
