Tasks

- Define and track KPIs like defect density and excursion rates
- Prioritize CIP and D0 improvement projects
- Provide resources and analysis expertise to task force teams
- Act as the first escalation level for suppliers and stakeholders
- Communicate defect updates to internal and external customers
- Support audits and drive follow-up actions to closure
- Model collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
