- •Master degree, PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences, or comparable
- •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and process technology
- •Problem solving skills and Six Sigma or 8D experience
- •Programming experience and complex data analysis affinity
- •Cross-functional team leadership and teamwork skills
- •Adaptability to fast changing environments and project work
- •Confident writing and speaking in English and German
- •Mind-set according to automotive standards in semiconductor industry

Tasks
- •Monitor and improve manufacturing defect performance
- •Collaborate with engineering and QA teams
- •Enhance process yield through defect engineering
- •Perform physical failure analyses with specialized teams
- •Conduct root cause analysis on defect events
- •Manage material disposition and improvement activities
- •Utilize advanced analysis methods like FIB and EDX
- •Maintain defect-related databases and software applications
- •Optimize inspection tools and engineering applications
- •Report defect events to internal and external stakeholders
- •Train operators and engineers on defect topics
- •Implement AI and ML for automated decision making
