- Minimum 8 years customer-facing experience
- Expertise managing international digital customer success
- Experience in service-oriented environment (plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
Tasks
- Drive adoption and satisfaction for digital solutions
- Collaborate with central and regional stakeholders
- Plan and manage product launches and releases
- Share best practices to address growth barriers
- Maintain up-to-date and regionally relevant product content
- Align strategies between central and regional teams
- Generate insights through dedicated customer research
- Monitor regional adoption rates and product performance
- Support targeted marketing and sales activities
- Translate user feedback into concrete experience improvements
- Report transparently on product impact and results
- Coordinate feedback with regional teams to ensure satisfaction
