Requirements

  • Experience with account management or Customer Success within SaaS
  • Experience using CRM systems and computer literacy
  • Experience in web and mobile applications and familiarity with IT systems
  • Excellent spoken and written Hungarian and business English skills
  • Accountability and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and innovative ideas
  • Openness to occasional travel for trainings

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Provide training on PlanRadar's features
  • Assist customers with inquiries and suggest solutions
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews
  • Support customers' needs across all departments
  • Create success stories and collaborate on case studies
  • Engage customers to minimize churn and promote value realization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve solutions
