Requirements
- General education degree and high class hospitality experience
- Aviation experience and background is an advantage
- Fluent German (written and verbal)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Russian or Arabic) are a benefit
- Valid driver's license, Category B
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired
- Knowledge of web based applications is desired
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
- Charming and friendly personality

Tasks
- Greet and assist guests at the reception desk
- Provide excellent care in the exclusive lounge area
- Assist with airside and landside transport
- Interact with owners, passengers, and crews of private aircraft
- Handle valet parking and porter services
- Manage luggage from and to the aircraft
- Arrange hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs services
- Process handling requests via email and phone
- Enter data into FBOone operation software
- Prepare flight-relevant documents for crews
- Book services using the OCS system
- Communicate professionally with customers and third-party suppliers
- Maintain cleanliness of passenger and crew lounges
- Anticipate and exceed customer expectations
- Respond promptly to customer feedback
- Assist with continuous improvement measures
- Support colleagues and superiors with additional duties
- Proactively offer and sell additional services
