Tasks

- Assist with cashier-related matters
- Assess individual customer issues and take appropriate action
- Coordinate with teams in different locations to achieve shared objectives
- Escalate system anomalies and general customer issues to the relevant party
- Understand and apply Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver service and quality standards as agreed
