- •Assist with cashier-related matters
- •Assess individual customer issues and take appropriate action
- •Coordinate with teams in different locations to meet objectives
- •Escalate system anomalies and customer issues to the relevant party
- •Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
- •Deliver service and quality standards as agreed
