Tasks
- Conduct detailed investigations of international customers
- Collaborate closely with AML team
- Perform proactive Responsible Gambling reviews
- Contact customers by phone or electronically
- Address potential Safer Gambling and Affordability concerns
- Handle sensitive customer information professionally
- Deal with vulnerable customers calmly and empathetically
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Encourage use of Safer Gambling tools
- Seek source of funds clarifications and evidence
- Evaluate customer responses using judgment and analysis
- Apply appropriate controls to mitigate risk
- Implement loss limits, deposit limits, and account closures
- Maintain clear audit trails of decision-making
- Adhere to data privacy requirements
- Share best practices with colleagues
- Provide ideas to improve processes
