- Collaborate with AML team and others
- Perform proactive Responsible Gambling reviews
- Contact customers to address Safer Gambling concerns
- Contact customers to address Affordability concerns
- Handle sensitive customer information
- Interact with vulnerable customers professionally and empathetically
- Encourage use of Safer Gambling tools
- Seek Source of Funds clarifications
- Evaluate customer responses
- Apply appropriate controls to mitigate risk
- Implement loss limits
- Implement deposit limits
- Close accounts when necessary
- Maintain documented audit trail of decisions
- Handle information in line with data privacy requirements
- Share best practices with colleagues
- Provide ideas to improve processes
