Requirements
- 7+ years CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing experience
- Strong track record scaling prospect/lead nurture programmes
- Deep expertise in prospect lifecycle marketing
- Proven mobile channel expertise
- Hands-on experience with SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, or in-app messaging
- Experience collaborating with Product and UX teams
- Experience partnering with Creative teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Proficiency with CDP tools for segmentation, personalization, ML, reporting
- Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
- Confidence building/interpreting performance reports
- Confidence extracting customer-insights and decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- Globally collaborative approach
- Familiarity with generative AI in marketing contexts
- Desire to make HelloFresh better

Tasks
- Shape global CRM engagement and conversion strategies
- Define lead and prospect lifecycle marketing across channels
- Lead global acquisition and nurture roadmap development
- Develop and scale data-driven segmentation and personalization
- Create dynamic content to enhance engagement and conversion
- Evolve mobile channel strategy for SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app
- Stay ahead of platform developments and define best practices
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams for campaign development
- Integrate generative AI for high-quality, consistent messaging
- Track and optimize CRM performance metrics
- Design and lead A/B and multivariate testing programs
- Present strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure cross-market alignment and execution excellence
- Collaborate with Analytics, CRM Operations, Product, Pricing, and Brand teams
