- Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong focus on automation and MarTech infrastructure
- Global or multi-market environment experience
- Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of multi-channel orchestration
- Strong technical understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems
- Comfortable working with CDPs, analytics, CRM platforms
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools
- Focus on reducing manual effort and increasing scalability
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and webhooks
- Support data integration and automation use cases
- Systems thinker
- Identify leverage points, simplify complexity, design scalable solutions
- Hands-on operator
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end

- Effectively bridge CRM, Data, and Engineering teams

- Prioritize work based on measurable outcomes, speed, and scalability
Tasks
- Redesign campaign triggering and coordination
- Reduce reliance on manual builds
- Develop automation systems for lifecycle journeys
- Implement dynamic campaign execution
- Optimize integration of core marketing platforms
- Ensure clean, reliable, real-time data flow
- Identify and eliminate CRM ecosystem inefficiencies
- Streamline campaign build, QA, and deployment
- Implement low-code/no-code solutions
- Reduce manual intervention
- Define and enforce global best practices
- Ensure consistency and scalability
- Build systems for faster A/B testing
- Enable reliable measurement
- Establish continuous experimentation culture
- Improve performance across lifecycle programs
