Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention
- Ownership of retention KPIs (churn, CLV, LTV)
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Expertise with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong data literacy - comfortable in SQL or working with analysts
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative campaign optimisation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams: Brand, Product, Tech, Data
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation frameworks
- Growth mindset
- English fluent
Tasks
- Lead customer lifecycle stages with KPIs
- Drive churn prevention and loyalty programs
- Develop and execute upsell strategies
- Expand CRM beyond email to omnichannel engagement
- Adapt channel mix to market behaviors and regulations
- Manage CRM tech stack and partner with Product, Data
- Monitor top-line CRM metrics
- Build data-driven customer segmentation models
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns
- Introduce AI and GPT tools for team efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Apply growth hacking techniques
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Data, and Country Managers
- Represent customer lifecycle across departments
- Build and scale CRM team capabilities
