Clinical Product Manager - Women’s Health Ultrasound(m/w/x)

Description

You will act as a vital link between clinical users and engineering, driving the design of intuitive ultrasound solutions while managing the global rollout of innovative AI-powered features.

Requirements

• •Experienced Sonographer, equivalent medical diagnostic Ultrasound experience, or preference in Women’s Health Ultrasound
• •Strong understanding of women's health and ultrasound technology
• •Strong self-organization and time management skills
• •Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and global mindset
• •Familiarity with medical device and software regulatory requirements
• •Proven ability in user-centric design and product innovation
• •Experience in applications, clinical development, or customer relationship management as a plus
• •Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%
• •Fluent English and good German skills
• •Interest and enjoyment of new topics and challenges

Tasks

• •Advocate for clinical users by translating feedback into product requirements
• •Organize and conduct external product evaluations with key opinion leaders
• •Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand evolving clinical workflows
• •Build business cases and market studies for new features
• •Report customer evaluation feedback to engineering teams for product improvement
• •Lead usability and UX initiatives for ultrasound consoles
• •Partner with hardware and software teams on user interface designs
• •Develop user-centric documentation, onboarding, and training materials
• •Support the global rollout of clinical and AI features across regions
• •Facilitate cross-functional communication to align product strategy and resources
• •Participate in global pilot programs and commercialization efforts
• •Assist with regulatory compliance and risk management for new products
• •Execute verification and validation procedures on medical devices
• •Contribute to hazard analysis and safety documentation for AI features
• •Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy
• •Collate feature requests to develop scalable and high-value solutions
