Requirements

  • •Strong experience in engaging with academic and clinical research partners
  • •Proven technical, clinical, or research experience in a clinical setting, industry, or government agency
  • •Understanding and experience with GXP practices, research or device manufacturer regulations, research processes, or NPI cycles
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • •Familiarity with GE HealthCare tools and processes
  • •Experience in managing clinical research or strategic decision making
  • •Clinical domain expertise in OBGYN
  • •Technical domain expertise in Ultrasound

Tasks

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to develop research strategies
  • •Ensure the research portfolio aligns with business focus
  • •Engage and support clinical and technical research sites
  • •Contribute to technical development for research needs
  • •Collaborate with various stakeholders to create comprehensive research plans
  • •Assess and respond to incoming research proposals
  • •Guide prioritization and resource allocation for research projects
  • •Identify suitable academic partners for collaboration
  • •Define strategic research needs based on business planning
  • •Engage in technical work to support research initiatives
  • •Develop evidence strategies and evaluation plans for new products
  • •Partner with the Research Program Integrator to execute research studies
