Requirements
- •Clinical background in women’s health, radiology, or related field
- •Experience with ultrasound systems, medical device software, or AI-powered clinical applications
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements
- •Ability to drive user-centric design and product innovation
- •Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- •Fluent English and good German skills

Tasks
- •Gather user feedback through clinical engagement and interviews
- •Translate clinical insights into actionable engineering requirements
- •Define clinical use cases and workflow needs
- •Report customer evaluation feedback to engineering teams
- •Lead usability and UX initiatives for ultrasound consoles
- •Partner with engineers to specify user interface designs
- •Develop user-centric features and training materials
- •Evaluate hardware and software for cohesive feature integration
- •Conduct hands-on testing of AI and clinical features
- •Reproduce and document clinical issues for engineering
- •Support regional feature rollouts and regulatory adaptations
- •Facilitate cross-functional communication on product strategy
- •Collaborate with clinical partners and research sites
- •Participate in global pilot programs and commercialization efforts
- •Support the collection of high-quality clinical data
- •Assist in design input and risk management planning
- •Execute verification and validation for safety and performance
- •Contribute to hazard analysis and validation documentation
- •Monitor market trends and emerging AI capabilities
- •Collate feature requests from internal and external partners
- •Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI
