Requirements
- Several years' success in strategic sales (Head of Sales or Managing Director) in international trading company
- Experience in international trade and distribution of raw materials
- Advantageous experience with chemical raw materials
- Ability to develop pioneering concepts from careful analysis
- Ability to quickly manage concept implementation
- Fascination with business as a salesperson
- Strong negotiating skills
- Listening and teaching ability
- Strong leadership skills
- Successful direct management of qualified sales staff
- Awareness of cost-benefit assessment
- Awareness of rational, smooth-running processes
- Active research of customer market data
- Ability to initiate and support product range development
- Business fluent English
- Advantageous other language skills
