- Manage system entries and order processing
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Act as a reliable contact for industrial customers
- Collaborate internally with Product Managers and Field Sales
- Handle post-sales activities and logistics interaction
- Communicate professionally regarding changes, delays, and overdue payments
- Address logistical challenges with customers
- Manage occasional claims and complaints professionally
- Conduct market research via phone and email
- Prepare offers and coordinate follow-ups with field sales
- Process incoming orders
- Report and implement negotiation results into the CRM
- Follow up on the sample process
