  • Execute payment transactions and tax-refund procedures
  • Explain procedures and offer solutions to clients
  • Arrange and oversee delivery of purchases
  • Maintain and update client data according to standards
  • Open and close the cash register daily
  • Share information to support the Boutique team
  • Contribute to the registration of digital passports
  • Lead briefings on procedures for team engagement
  • Support daily operations of the Boutique
  • Suggest enhancements to processes and client experience
