Tasks

  • •Support the Regional CEO and Board in driving business transformation
  • •Define and develop the transformation approach for Allianz Central Europe
  • •Design transformation programs aligned with business priorities
  • •Integrate organizational development for sustainable learning
  • •Develop and maintain a comprehensive transformation roadmap
  • •Design and facilitate workshops to enhance leadership engagement
  • •Moderate cross-functional and regional transformation initiatives
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders through peer exchange
  • •Co-create transformation concepts with Board members and leadership teams
  • •Lead transformation projects and initiatives from start to finish
  • •Build advocacy for transformation methodologies across the organization
  • •Establish a volunteer network to support transformation activities
  • •Maintain a network of supporters and champions in the region
  • •Support community heads in networking and collaboration efforts
  • •Collaborate with Board, CEOs, HR, and Communications teams
