- •5 years project management in financial services
- •Track record in delivering digital projects
- •Experience in agile environments and methodologies
- •Affinity for technology and digital transformation
- •Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Leadership capability and cross-functional team guidance
- •Fluency in English; CEE/SEE or German advantageous
- •Drive, courage to change, and enthusiasm

- •Deliver the digital bancassurance roadmap with strategic partners
- •Lead digital project delivery and governance with local teams
- •Monitor project progress and mitigate potential risks
- •Prepare materials for Steering Committee meetings
- •Apply and improve digital customer experience standards
- •Document and share best practices across the network
- •Drive the rollout of standard digital insurance solutions
- •Define business requirements for APIs and customer journeys
- •Manage group-level implementation of digital solutions
- •Optimize front-end tools and propose technical enhancements
- •Contribute to strategic non-business-as-usual initiatives
- •Align strategic plans with partners and internal stakeholders
- •Provide regular status updates on progress and roadblocks
- •Coordinate with IT, Legal, and Business Development teams
- •Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- •Research digital trends and AI use cases
- •Adopt new tools and processes through continuous training
