Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in business development or strategic sales roles, with at least 5 years in Aerospace & Defense industry
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and securing new business in A&D sector
- Deep understanding of A&D industry challenges, regulations (ITAR, export control), and technological trends (digital transformation, MBD, PLM)
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within A&D OEMs, suppliers, and government entities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
- Fluency in German and English
