- Support field sales teams in closing opportunities
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
- Set territories and performance quotas
- Communicate clear performance expectations to the team
- Report accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Lead C-level meetings to identify business requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners
- Engage with the company's executive team
- Retain and grow the existing customer base
- Conduct non-sales activities to improve customer experience
