- Experience in FMCG or similar multinational environment
- Advanced interviewing expertise
- Advanced candidate evaluation expertise
- Behavioral assessment expertise
- Proficiency with advanced ATS & CRM solutions
- Proficiency with sourcing tools
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to apply insights and trends
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Proficient German
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Partner with BU leadership to translate workforce planning into hiring priorities
- Provide insights and guidance to strengthen business decisions
- Manage and develop TA Partners and Senior TA Partners
- Ensure clear roles, strong engagement, and continuous capability building
- Lead mission critical recruitment projects within the BU
- Use proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and structured behavioral assessments
- Build leaders' capability in planning, interviewing, talent scouting, and ambassadorship
- Drive process adherence and documentation in Avature
- Lead hiring audits and ensure compliance with policy, governance, and local legal requirements
- Participate in and contribute to group TA projects
- Drive adoption of digitalization, capability, DEI, and other transformation programs
- Manage BU recruiting budgets and vendors
- Ensure effective allocation of costs and resources
