Requirements

  • University degree in Natural Science, Business or related
  • At least 1–2 years in a similar role in a multinational matrix company in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Proven brand management experience
  • Experience in specialty care/hospital products
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research & brand forecasting
  • Planning and thinking strategically
  • Business & financial understanding
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong team player who loves to drive projects in a high performing team environment
  • Previous Lung Cancer/Oncology/Pharma experience
  • Experience in launching new pharma products in a competitive market
  • Knowledge of the Austrian Healthcare environment
  • Experience with diagnostic/biomarker integration and test adoption in oncology

Tasks

  • Drive commercialization of assigned brands in Austria
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and operational tactics
  • Advocate for the brand among colleagues and external customers
  • Align global brand plans with local market insights
  • Develop tailored local brand strategy and tactical plans
  • Maximize use of commercial and medical channels
  • Create brand materials for digital and print
  • Embed customer and market insights into brand activities
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for insights
  • Maintain expertise in product, competitor, and market trends
  • Adapt the Brand Plan to changing market conditions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for feedback
  • Provide brand vision and leadership to the sales team
  • Ensure understanding of campaign rationale and insights
  • Manage budget for assigned brand(s)
