- •University degree in Natural Science, Business or related
- •At least 1–2 years in a similar role in a multinational matrix company in the pharmaceuticals industry
- •Proven brand management experience
- •Experience in specialty care/hospital products
- •Experience in Insight/Market Research & brand forecasting
- •Planning and thinking strategically
- •Business & financial understanding
- •Commercial awareness
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Strong team player who loves to drive projects in a high performing team environment
- •Previous Lung Cancer/Oncology/Pharma experience
- •Experience in launching new pharma products in a competitive market
- •Knowledge of the Austrian Healthcare environment
- •Experience with diagnostic/biomarker integration and test adoption in oncology

- •Drive commercialization of assigned brands in Austria
- •Develop and implement marketing strategy and operational tactics
- •Advocate for the brand among colleagues and external customers
- •Align global brand plans with local market insights
- •Develop tailored local brand strategy and tactical plans
- •Maximize use of commercial and medical channels
- •Create brand materials for digital and print
- •Embed customer and market insights into brand activities
- •Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for insights
- •Maintain expertise in product, competitor, and market trends
- •Adapt the Brand Plan to changing market conditions
- •Collaborate closely with the sales team for feedback
- •Provide brand vision and leadership to the sales team
- •Ensure understanding of campaign rationale and insights
- •Manage budget for assigned brand(s)
