Requirements

  • •Experience in life sciences industry in sales/marketing analysis or data analytics
  • •Experience in analyzing complex situations and synthesizing data
  • •Proven analytical capabilities and interest in data handling, modeling, visualization, and reporting
  • •Comfort with storytelling using data and affinity to digital tools
  • •Proven project management and execution experience
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence

Tasks

  • •Maximize the Oncology portfolio by executing strategic priorities
  • •Implement digital initiatives and data analytics
  • •Execute pan-tumor growth projects
  • •Transform complex data into actionable insights and strategies
  • •Drive descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
  • •Extract, aggregate, and mine data for insights
  • •Conduct Oncology market research
  • •Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather customer insights
  • •Create analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations of KPIs
  • •Support validation of assumptions, models, forecasts, and business cases
  • •Segment customers using qualitative and quantitative data
  • •Oversee field force execution, including frequency and resource utilization
