Requirements

  • Degree in business, economics, or experience
  • Experience in international banking or corporates
  • Knowledge in interbank products and payments
  • Willingness to travel and flexible hours
  • Proficiency in KDB, CRM, and PAM
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German, English, and CEE

Tasks

  • Manage group-wide business for financial institution clients
  • Coordinate and steer business activities within the group
  • Monitor client profitability and credit limit management
  • Apply for and optimize internal credit allocations
  • Drive direct sales for trade finance and lending
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for markets and corporate business
  • Execute first line of defense responsibilities
  • Act as the primary entry and escalation point
  • Support KYC processes and client data management
  • Contribute to projects for the financial institutions segment

Work Experience

  • 4 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
  • Polish – Basic
