Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
  • Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus

Tasks

  • Structure, draft, and review loan documentation
  • Negotiate national and international loan agreements
  • Manage syndicated and bilateral loans
  • Oversee certificate of indebtedness and supply chain finance products
  • Act as a deal captain for a portfolio of transactions
  • Collaborate with business units and external partners
  • Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent
  • Manage legal and operational tasks throughout financing transactions
