Requirements

  • •University degree in law, business administration, or related field
  • •Experience in corporate financing (not mandatory)
  • •Knowledge of structuring and preparing international loan documentation (e.g. LMA, LSTA)
  • •Ability to merge legal expertise with business needs
  • •Familiarity with Legal Tech and passion for AI & innovation
  • •Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
  • •Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus

  • •Collaborate with business units and external partners
  • •Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent
  • •Manage legal and operational tasks throughout financing transactions
