- •Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- •Prepare accounting materials for external partners
- •Manage contract execution from preparation to signature
- •Coordinate supplier and partner qualification processes
- •Act as an internal point of contact for administrative topics
- •Liaise with external legal, HR, and accounting vendors
- •Oversee day-to-day operations for the Vienna office
- •Route incoming requests to the appropriate teams
- •Support leadership with reporting and internal materials
- •Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
