- Familiarity with financial and accounting software
Tasks
- Lead and manage the core accounting team
- Manage day-to-day preparatory bookkeeping
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare internal reporting according to HGB and IFRS
- Analyze monthly material and logistic expenses
- Identify cost variances and ensure reporting accuracy
- Advise internal departments and management on tax issues
- Lead accounts receivable and the dunning process
- Respond to external inquiries regarding collections
- Liaise with the external accountancy firm
- Support international finance initiatives for management
