Tasks
- Lead and manage a core accounting team.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze material and logistics costs monthly.
- Identify variances and ensure cost accuracy.
- Serve as a finance partner for departments and management.
- Manage accounts receivable and dunning processes.
- Liaise with external accountancy for audits.
- Contribute to finance initiatives for working capital.
