- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify issues and implement process improvements
- Experience with automation or AI-driven tools
Tasks
- Lead and manage core accounting processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
- Oversee audit preparation and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven insights
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting team members
