Tasks

- Execute end-to-end account strategy focused on outcome-based sales
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and key executives
- Host customer welcome meetings for smooth transitions to delivery teams
- Drive account growth and manage profitability
- Expand services in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services
- Develop comprehensive account strategies
- Align customer strategies with HP offerings for outcome-based sales
- Engage with executives to strengthen customer relationships
- Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs
- Lead strategic account initiatives as the account lead
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Craft value propositions based on outcome-based selling
- Utilize digital and remote selling techniques
- Navigate complex organizations to identify expansion opportunities
- Lead meetings with senior-level stakeholders
- Leverage industry knowledge to develop long-term growth strategies
- Foster a culture of proactive business development and accountability
