Account Executive Benelux for PLM, MES, and IoT Solutions(m/w/x)
New client acquisition for digital transformation solutions at an IT provider's R&D division. Proven direct software sales experience in CAD/DMS/PDM/ERP environments required. Flexible hours, home office option.
Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, or economics with a focus on technical sales or equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales
- Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions ideally within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments
- General understanding of processes and applications related to product development lifecycle
- Sales- and market-oriented mindset with confident, customer-focused attitude
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently and efficiently
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- German language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Acquire new clients and generate new business
- Expand the customer base in the Benelux region
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify prospects and pitch products and services
- Close deals with new customers
- Develop sales strategies for target accounts
- Deliver presentations to potential clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients
- Negotiate contracts and onboard clients
- Engage in ongoing business development with current customers
