- Experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources
- Authority and expertise in developing solutions
- Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities
- Expertise in developing plans based on recommendations
- Expertise in monitoring and interpreting policies and procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge in costing, budgeting, and finance tasks
- Expertise in managing projects within cost, time, and quality parameters
- Expertise in analyzing data trends for decision making
- Expertise in managing and applying safe systems of work
Tasks
- Develop budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues
- Implement the formal development framework for the team
- Provide informal coaching to others in your area of expertise
- Identify shortcomings in business practices and suggest improvements
- Implement improvements while managing projects within the change management program
- Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues
- Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues
- Develop elements of a strategic planning system with guidance
- Communicate the local action plan and its relation to the function's strategy
- Motivate the team to achieve local business goals
