- Coordinate administrative onboarding for new team members
- Prepare documents, equipment, and system access for new hires
- Schedule introductions and appointments for new employees
- Support new employees during their first days
- Coordinate offboarding processes
- Manage equipment return for departing employees
- Deactivate system access for departing employees
- Maintain checklists, templates, and documentation
- Maintain employee data
- Support general HR tasks
- Help build standardized and scalable people processes
