- Practical data science experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit learn, Matplotlib)
- Power BI dashboarding experience (data modeling, measures, visuals)
- SQL proficiency for analytical queries (joins, group by, filtering, simple window functions)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and Jupyter Notebooks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environment
- Proactive learning mindset and comfortable picking up new tools

- Perform model evaluation and error analysis in GenAI and ML projects
- Document GenAI and ML project results and recommendations
- Contribute to data quality checks in Power BI dashboards
- Perform schema mapping in Power BI dashboards
- Document assumptions in Power BI dashboards
- Write SQL for analyses and dashboards
- Learn to create Power Automate workflows
- Support the creation of Power Automate workflows
- Evaluate AI components of workflows
- Improve workflow performance with prompt engineering
- Document automation logic
- Maintain basic monitoring for automation
