Anforderungen
- Master's student at university or UAS
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or related
- Proficiency in Python and another language (Java, Scala)
- Experience in ML frameworks (sklearn, pytorch, tensorflow, keras, MLLib) or agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph)
- Good understanding of statistical methods and model quality assessment
- Strong oral and written English communication
- General interest in applied ML or agentic AI
- Experience with complex tabular data
- Experience with ML model explainability (SHAP, glass-box)
- Experience with Deep Learning architectures (transformers)
- Knowledgeable on large scale data analysis with Spark
- Experience with CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins, Concourse, Gitlab CI/CD)
- Experience with MLOps tools (mlflow)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams on ML models and AI Agents, supporting data exploration, training, fine-tuning, optimization, deployment, testing, and monitoring
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business processes and model input data
- Support a high-visibility AI project with experienced data scientists and AI developers
- Learn data-centric AI development practices
- Work with a modern cloud stack, including SAP BTP and Hyperscaler offerings
