Anforderungen
- 4–7+ years in growth, web, or CRO-focused roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with website management, CRO, and A/B testing
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM systems and analytics tools
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- High ownership focused on revenue impact
- Experience with PLG or self-serve funnels, ABM or personalized web experiences, and front-end development
- Experience in multi-region setups
Aufgaben
- Own website performance from traffic to lead and pipeline conversion
- Optimize conversion rates, user journeys, and page performance
- Ensure website is fast, scalable, and technically sound for conversion
- Own the website layer for SMB PLG conversion
- Define value proposition and conversion flows with Product Marketing and Product
- Improve signup conversion rates, activation rates, and funnel drop-off
- Build advanced website experiences for ABM
- Personalize landing pages and account-specific experiences
- Use dynamic content based on industry, segment, and campaign
- Support Demand Gen and Sales in target account engagement
- Support Demand Gen and Sales in campaign-specific conversion flows
- Ensure website supports higher-complexity buying journeys
- Own CRO strategy and execution across landing pages and core website pages
- Own CRO strategy and execution for forms and conversion paths
- Run structured experiments, including A/B testing
- Run structured experiments with messaging variations
- Run structured experiments with UX/UI changes
- Collaborate with Digital Lead on traffic and campaigns
- Collaborate with PMM on messaging
- Collaborate with Brand on creative
- Manage and improve CMS
- Manage and improve integrations with CRM and marketing tools
- Manage and improve tracking and event instrumentation
- Ensure clean data capture
- Ensure reliable tracking across the funnel
- Ensure scalability for campaigns and experiments
- Ensure accurate tracking of conversion rates across stages
- Ensure accurate tracking of source-to-pipeline performance
- Ensure accurate tracking of user journeys and behavior
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and drop-off points
- Identify high-intent signals
- Support data-driven optimization decisions
- Enable regional Demand Gen teams with campaign landing pages
- Enable regional Demand Gen teams with conversion flows
- Enable regional Demand Gen teams with localization support
- Ensure consistency across regions
- Ensure ability to move fast on campaigns
