- Refine or reposition offers based on evidence
- Architect and implement funnels and campaigns hands-on
- Set up tracking and ensure smooth flow of funnels
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests for optimization
- Hunt for friction points in the user journey
- Audit non-converting pages and implement fixes
- Oversee channel exploration and scaling for profitability
- Analyze ad performance and provide data-backed briefs
- Design and optimize growth loops across various stages
- Diagnose growth constraints in acquisition and retention
- Manage the Growth team by setting standards of excellence
- Source, train, and manage team talents effectively
- Establish feedback loops with the Sales Team Lead
- Prioritize high-intent leads over low-quality volume
- Master tools like GA4, Optibase, and Hotjar for insights
