As a Warehouse Shift Leader, you will manage daily logistics operations, guiding a team of employees in processing shipments and inventory. This role involves making quick decisions, ensuring safety, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance productivity and compliance.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in a leading role
• •Proficiency in WMS, MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• •Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal)
• •Flexibility to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• •Ability to manage stress and attention to detail
• •Responsibility, accountability, and maturity

Aufgaben

• •Plan workforce and train employees
• •Coordinate shopfloor tasks and manage capacity
• •Oversee yard and warehouse flow with Operations Manager
• •Direct the entire shift of full-time and temporary employees
• •Monitor storage and distribution of goods
• •Ensure compliance with customer and legal requirements
• •Manage inbound and outbound movements and inventory
• •Implement processes and create SOPs/WIs
• •Develop the logistics team and ensure quality standards
• •Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance
• •Identify and optimize warehouse processes for productivity
• •Enhance safety and health standards
• •Conduct employee evaluations and manage materials
• •Lead workgroups focused on 5S, safety, lean, and kaizen
• •Support implementation of new customers and changes for existing ones
