Aufgaben
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle HR administration and daily operational activities
- Update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems
- Draft employment documents, contract amendments, and reference letters
- Coordinate with IT for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Collaborate with the Workers Council
- Maintain HR documentation and internal records
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Assist with daily HR and Office Management tasks
