Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Proven experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA and Python is a plus
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with warranty and reliability growth processes
- Exposure to project execution in technical, industrial, or supply chain contexts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments
- Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- High ethical standards and commitment to quality and safety
- Proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of German
- Additional language skills in Chinese or Swedish are considered an asset
Aufgaben
- Support the setup and coordination of Product Introduction activities
- Monitor and analyze logistics flows and material availability
- Assist in preparing and executing field modifications
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
