Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar qualification
  • •Fluency in English and preferred German
  • •Basic understanding of engineering workflows
  • •Experience in data consolidation and visualization
  • •Experience with Excel, Pivots, and PowerQuery
  • •Familiarity with data flows and Power BI
  • •Commercial and Financial acumen
  • •Understanding of Work/Cost Breakdown Structures
  • •Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • •Experience with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle
  • •Knowledge of project management principles (desirable)
  • •Knowledge of Earned Value Management (desired)

  • •Promote a proactive cost culture across projects
  • •Drive automation by proposing innovative solutions
  • •Coordinate cost management across multiple projects and sites
  • •Ensure traceability of cost development against baselines
  • •Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities
  • •Deliver cost management reports aligned with stakeholder needs
  • •Create and maintain financial cockpits and baselines
  • •Develop user-friendly dashboards using Power BI
  • •Support risk management and cost control processes
