Anforderungen
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- First experience or solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement
- First experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with key supply chain KPIs and data analysis
- Supply chain, procurement, project management, or LEAN certification (plus)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented, cross-functional environment
Aufgaben
- Execute standardized supply chain and procurement processes
- Process operational orders in SAP
- Track and secure order confirmations
- Contribute to cross-functional supply chain projects
- Assess material availability
- Manage supply shortage escalations
- Handle Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)
- Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs
- Analyze Material Inventory Turn (MIT)
- Track inventory levels
- Identify and address missing parts
- Support supply chain digitalization initiatives
- Foster communication with suppliers
