- CCNA Collaboration or higher (preferred)
- 3+ years in videoconferencing engineering
- Experience with Cisco and Microsoft Teams
- Track record in large-scale deployments
- Ability to attend Munich site
Aufgaben
- Design and deploy Cisco and Microsoft Teams solutions
- Maintain videoconferencing and unified communications systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues for video endpoints and bridges
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, and platform policies
- Monitor system performance and conduct health checks
- Optimize systems for reliability and quality
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for upgrades
- Provide user training and document best practices
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
- Perform incident response and root cause analysis
- Test new devices and firmware at the Munich site
