- Deep understanding of global financial compliance
- Successful leadership of Global SAP implementation
- Ability to build scalable processes
- Passion for mentoring professionals
- Track record of leading teams of 20+ people through change
- Excellent command of English
- German language skills (professional proficiency)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Düsseldorf area
- Presence in office 3-4 days a week
Aufgaben
- Lead and unify the global accounting function
- Ensure seamless reporting and compliance internationally
- Act as business owner for Global SAP S/4HANA Introduction
- Ensure scalability through process automation and standardization
- Manage and mentor a team of 20+ people
- Foster a culture of excellence and international collaboration
- Manage periodic and consolidated closing processes (IFRS/HGB)
- Maintain relationships with external auditors and partners
- Drive subject matter expertise through skill and process knowledge
- Bring accounting standards into practice
- Shape global best practices and standards
- Partner with CFO on strategic initiatives
- Support refinancing activities
- Support potential M&A activities
