- Influencing and communicating complex topics to C-suite
- Currently located in Germany (Düsseldorf / Berlin) or UK (London)
- Open to hybrid work policy (2-3 days/week in office)

- Oversee global ERP implementation deployment
- Manage post-go-live ERP support
- Standardize processes across legal entities
- Build a global application function structure
- Develop talent for Enterprise Applications
- Establish a sustainable operating model
- Balance internal and external expertise
- Define core business application strategy
- Develop application roadmap
- Align applications with expansion initiatives
- Integrate ERP with customer-facing systems
- Ensure seamless e-commerce platform integration
- Enable aggressive sales expansion
- Build governance and support structures
- Implement pragmatic operational structures
- Act as a trusted business partner
- Oversee system lifecycle management
- Manage vendor relationships, including SAP
- Manage key implementation partner relationships
- Drive process standardization in Finance
- Drive process standardization in Supply Chain
- Drive process standardization in Sales
- Manage related budget planning
