- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical/business field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years SAP experience in Supply Chain, 5+ years SAP engineering leadership
- Proven track record delivering and managing SAP Supply Chain solutions
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement)
- SAP S/4 HANA experience; knowledge of SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus
- SAP retail and/or Fashion solutions experience
- Agile experience
- Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP Supply Chain processes in Retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence

- Lead and deliver SAP transformation programs
- Combine technical expertise with engineering leadership
- Drive best-in-class SAP Supply Chain capabilities
- Manage full solution lifecycle from architecture to support
- Develop high-performing, cross-functional SAP teams
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture
- Implement and support enterprise SAP CoE
- Design scalable logistics models and business rules
- Ensure robust integration with other systems
- Champion SAP best practices for code quality and testing
- Align engineering execution with business goals
- Manage SAP delivery timelines and team briefings
- Supervise team and deliver functional area reviews
- Define and track KPIs for team performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
- Stay informed about emerging SAP functionalities
- Evaluate new SAP trends for applicability
- Present insights and progress updates to leadership
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding SAP talent
- Support professional development of SAP engineering talent
